Internal Audit - Cost Control
Jawa Barat - Cimareme, Bandung Barat

Responsibilities:
  • Following and monitoring daily inventory production movements
  • To follow and monitor daily/ weekly/ monthly scrap material, NG Finished goods and work in process report
  • Daily data entry related with inventory and production site
  • Responsibility of daily/ weekly/ monthly on time and accurate cost accounting issues
  • Ensuring the accuracy between ERP and the physical warehouse movement
  • Daily monitoring and providing the accuracy of BOM and Sales Invoices
  • Ensure the accurate accounting of "cost of goods" and "cost of goods sold" in compliance with the statutory requirements
  • Calculating the differences between ERP software and physical inventory and make the accounting records needed
  • Closing up the stock related accounts at the end of every month
  • To ensure Ad-Hoc cost related management reports
  • Managing and organising the inventory count when needed
  • Excellent working knowledge of all purchase that best quality and best price are obtains. Receiving procedure, daily flash cost report, Conduct market surveys.
  • Able to make an update the costing quarterly and report the result with proposed sales princes and percentage cost of all purchase, finalize the month-end cost.
  • Perform cost accounting activities covering materials and production costs, cost of sales, product development, overhead costs, etc.
  • Compare actual costs to estimates and analyze variance
  • Coordinate physical inventory counts
  • Analyze and monitors raw material or units inventory
  • Analyzes actual manufacturing costs and prepares periodic reports comparing budget
  • costs to actual production costs; includes product margin reporting and analytics.
  • Provide an appropriate level of costing information to management.

Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Economics.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience at manufacturing company preferable in the food industry.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Cimareme,Bandung Barat.
  • Must domicile in Bandung/Cimahi/Padalarang
  • Male, Max 30 years old
  • Excellent communication skills "verbal & written"
  • Good language level in written and spoken English
  • Analytical thinker, team player, well organized, result oriented,positive attitude, energetic
  • Previous experience in a Manufacturing Environment is a must
  • Ability to work accurately, meet deadlines and pay attention to details
  • Experienced in computer handling ( ERP, MS Office knowledge )
  • Good and Strong communication skills
  • Thoroughness in handling and checking cost data
