Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Outgoing personality, confident, high integrity, self motivated, hard worker, well groomed.
- Natural aptitude for connecting with people & maintaining long term relationships.
- A good listener with attention to detail.
- Naturally persuasive, can negotiate and solve problems.
- Can work under pressure without supervision.
- A patient and attentive learner.
- Ability to work independently and part of a team.
- Knows the difference between being aggressive vs. assertive. You're not afraid to push.
- Ability to work in a fast paced high pressure environment.
- You enjoy a challenge and consider yourself "very competitive"
- Knows how to keep confidential information "confidential"
- Physically able and willing to travel (has valid passport).
- Domicile in Medan (Sumatera Utara)
Minimum Requirements :
- Fluent in English & Bahasa both written and spoken.
- Fluent in Mandarin both written and spoken are preferable
- Bachelor Degree from University.
- Skilled user of computer & Microsoft Office (testing part of qualification process)
