Mitrais is an IT company with three lines of business. It provides software development services to clients in many industry verticals. It sells and supports mining industry software and has specialized domain knowledge of mining. It develops and sells the MitraisMedical System (MMS), a comprehensive primary health care system. Founded in 2000 Mitrais employs 400 staff in offices in Indonesia, Australia and Singapore.

We are looking for someone to increase our sales of software to the Indonesian Mining industry. Mitrais is the leading supplier of software and related services to the Indonesian mining industry where we have been selling Ventyx (formerly Mincom) products for 20 years. We now wish to sell other products along the mining value chain both from Ventyx and other complementary suppliers.

Bali, Jakarta Raya, Bandung (Jawa Barat)

Responsibilities:

You can be based in Bali or Jakarta but will travel to mining clients around Indonesia to build and sustain rapport, exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities. You will have a successful track record in sales and be a credible mining person. We will build a small team of sales support and consulting staff around you and add other sales people to your team based on success and market demand. We are a process driven organization so you need to be a person who recognizes the value of process and knowledge sharing and contributes accordingly.

Requirements:

This is a senior position and the successful candidate will be unlikely to have less than 10 years’ experience.
