Training & Development Specialist
Jawa Barat - Cibitung - MM2100 Industrial Estate
Responsibilities:
- Provide Training Need Analysis
- Provide analysis of return of training investment
- Liaise all departments in training activities & training evaluation
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education/Teaching/Training or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): Training & Development, Presentations & Communication Skill.
- Required language(s): English
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Cibitung.
